Yes! Every new Pro subscription comes with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial — no credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your workspace simply reverts to the Free plan.
Case slots let Free plan users expand beyond the 15-case limit. Each slot adds 5 more cases for ₹250/month and lasts 30 days. You can purchase up to 3 slots (adding up to 15 extra cases). Pro and Enterprise plans don't need slots — they come with higher case limits built in.
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time — your data and cases carry over seamlessly. If you need to downgrade, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. Pro plans can be billed monthly (₹999/mo) or yearly (₹9,999/yr — save 17%). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You'll receive email confirmations for every payment.
Your data is hosted on secure AWS infrastructure in India (Mumbai region). All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We treat all case data as confidential and never share it with third parties. Your data belongs to you — always.
